Transitions Social Worker
Bristol City Council are looking to expand their current team. The Transitions team is looking for a Social Worker to join a well-structured and organised team. As well as joining a supportive team our client also offers a competitive salary, opportunities for training to enhance your skills and potential progression within your team. This Transitions Social Worker role will be for an initial 3-6 months with potential for extension subject to internal circumstance and your performance.
Transitions Social Worker Responsibilities Include:
They will be undertaking reviews for people between 18-25 years,
Liaising with education and providers, some S42 work.
Caseload expectation? approximately 15-20 for full-time
Team structure? Team Manager, Senior Practitioners, Social Workers, Social Care Practitioner, and Admin
Mileage allowance (if required to travel)? 0.45p
Requirements / Experience preferred:
Post qualifying experience of working as a Integrated Pathways Social Worker within the UK Social Care industry.
HCPC Registration
1-2 years post qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry
Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
Eligibility to work in the UK.
