Transformation Project Manager/ Change Manager
Location: Bristol / Bridgwater offices with regular site visits required and hybrid working arrangements available
Up to £350.00pd PAYE (+36 days holiday) or Up to £700.00pd via approved Umbrella

I am currently seeking a skilled Transformation Project Manager to support and deliver the management of an important transformation project within a large construction project. The current project is focused on Quality, and we require a professional who can effectively oversee and drive this initiative to success.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
Working with the lead to deliver items from the action.
Coordinating cross-functional teams
Ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement
Identifying and mitigating potential risks
Tracking project progress and performanceThe ideal candidate should have a strong background in transformation, managing change, updating procedure and process as well as preferably with experience in managing transformation projects. Excellent organisational and communication are essential. Multi-discipline EPCM projects would be an advantage
