A manufacturing company based in Long Eaton are looking for a transformation manager to implement change within their business.
This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience working within a similar management position with the ability to introduce new production methods.
Please note: you may be rejected if you do not have the necessary experience.
Role Responsibilities:
• Implementing production management tools and systems
• Introducing new methods of production
• Being responsible for implementing culture change
• Conducting shift meetings with the team
• Implementing standard operating procedures
• Creating handover logs
• Promoting lean manufacturing methods
We would like to hear from you if you have:
• Experience working within a similar management role
• Ability to implement change within a manufacturing or production environment
• Previous experience within the aerospace or Automotive industry is beneficial
• Strong communication skills
• Hold a driving license
