This role is for a Transactions Finance Manager who will manage the financial transactions within the accounting and finance department of our manufacturing industry client. The successful candidate will have a strong background in a Transactions Manager role including strong experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit Control.

Description
Manage and oversee the daily operations within the transactions finance team including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit control.
Approval of monthly payment runs.
Dealing with any internal or external escalations.
Team management including performance reviews, training and 1 to 1's.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations.
Work closely with the finance team to forecast and manage budgets.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance department.
Ensure accurate and timely financial record keeping.Profile
A successful Transactions Manager should have:
Background in a Transactions Manager role.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
Proficiency in using financial software and systems.
Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
