Interim Transactions Manager

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Transactions Manager to lead Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and transactional finance operations during a key period of business transformation and growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive finance professional who enjoys improving processes, leading teams and ensuring robust financial controls within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cash Management functions.
Drive operational excellence across all transactional finance activities.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, supplier payments, customer receipts and reconciliations.
Develop, motivate and support a high-performing finance team.
Strengthen financial controls, governance and compliance procedures.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
Support month-end close activities and reporting requirements.
Manage stakeholder relationships across finance, operations and external partners.
Assist with audits and ensure all documentation is maintained to a high standard.
Provide insightful KPI reporting and performance analysis.
About You
Proven experience managing transactional finance teams.
Strong background in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and cash management.
Experience within a fast-paced commercial environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to quickly assess challenges and implement practical solutions.
