Are you an experienced AP/AR leader?
As an Interim AP/AR Supervisor/Manager, this role will place you back in the driver's seat of ledger management and is likely to require you through to the end of Aug 2024, perhaps longer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Supervision - Leading a team of 3 individuals in the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of transactions.
* Hands-On Ledger Management - Take a proactive approach to managing and reconciling ledgers, promptly resolving any issues to maintain accuracy.
* Process Improvement - Identify opportunities for process improvement within the AP/AR functions, streamlining workflows for increased efficiency.
* Team Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and ensure seamless operations.
* Reporting - Generate regular reports to provide insights into the financial health of the ledgers.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
* Previous supervisory or managerial experience.
* Strong knowledge of ledger management and reconciliation.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in the use of ERP systems.
