You’ll be someone who is both comfortable working pro-actively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and BDO’s partners to help businesses effectively.

As a Director or Associate Director in our Transaction Services team, you will lead financial due diligence engagements for clients across acquisitions, disposals and capital markets transactions. This is a diverse role where you will identify opportunities to enhance our service offering, lead high-performing teams and deliver data-driven, commercially focused advice. You will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and excellent client service throughout the transaction lifecycle.

You’ll be someone with:

Extensive experience in Transaction Services and ideally within a consultancy setting.

A proven ability to build networking relationships with referrers in order to support business development

Experience of managing teams and multiple concurrent projects

A strong approach to managing risk

Demonstrates a pro-active approach to continuous development

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or relevant work experience.
