We are happy to be recruiting for one of our high-profile Banking clients. They are currently looking for a Transactions Manager to join their team for an initial 6-month contract. However, there may be scope for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding of new clients (particularly in the Custody space).
Reviewing of legal contracts (including Custody Agreements, Account Bank and Agency Agreements).
Managing up to approximately 20 matters at any one time
Presenting of information to internal committees
Skills & Experience:
Experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM)
Experience in reviewing contracts
Client onboarding
Experience in Finance ILS
Project Finance experience
Business implementation
Location:
This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to work from the clients London office 4 days a week.
Working hours:
Standard working hours with some flex where required.
