Description:

Managing and advising on over £12 billion in client assets, they are an award-winning, independent financial planning firm that puts people, culture, and excellence at the heart of everything they do.

They are growing fast, both organically and through strategic acquisitions and we are looking for an energetic, tech-savvy Training Associate to join our team.

The Opportunity

As Training Associate, you will onboard, train, and upskill our Financial Advisers, Paraplanners, and Client Support staff. You’ll be the key driver ensuring our teams master core tech platforms, follow compliant workflows, and deliver a best-in-class client experience.

Key Highlights:

*

Lead Training: Deliver high-impact, blended learning (face-to-face and remote) for new hires, existing staff, and newly acquired teams.

*

Be the System Expert: Act as the super-user and trainer for core wealth management platforms and CRMs (e.g., Curo, OneView, Wobi).

*

Drive Acquisitions: Conduct discovery at newly acquired firms to seamlessly integrate their people and processes.

*

Build & Innovate: Conduct needs analysis, design engaging LMS content, and draft standard operating procedures (SOPs) alongside our Quality team.

What You’ll Bring

*

Industry Experience: 3–5+ years in Financial Planning (paraplanning or planning support background strongly preferred).

*

Training Mastery: Proven track record delivering training/ Mentoring or Coaching across financial systems and operational processes.

*

Tech-Fluency: High familiarity with wealth management CRMs and LMS platforms.

*

Qualifications: Level 4 Diploma (DipFA/DipPFS) is desirable, but strong practical operational expertise is prioritised.

*

The Vibe: High patience, clear jargon-free communication, exceptional initiative, and a genuine passion for seeing people grow.

Why Apply?

*

Join a high-growth, culture-first firm with a clear, people-focused purpose.

*

Play a central role in high-profile business acquisitions and strategic initiatives.

*

Enjoy a collaborative, supportive workplace where your contribution makes a direct impact.
