Description:
My client based in the North West are looking for a Training Manager on a 12 month contract inside of IR35.
You will be working on a hybrid basis of which you will be required to work 2 days on site at the organisations offices.
You will be involved in one of the organisations major transformation programmes which is involved changing the way people of the organisation learn.
This post will lead the development and implementation of a training strategy and plan for the programme. We are seeking a candidate with a strong track record leading the design and delivery of training for systems and processes and experience of teaching and learning environments and tools.
With strong experience in leading Training Progammes on a large insitutional scale, you must ideally have some experience with Blackboard and Canvas
