Role Overview:
We're seeking a proactive Training Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of internal and external training activities across all department. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, meeting training requirements, and managing the Clients Apprenticeship programme.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive companywide training records and quality process documents.
* Collaborate with department heads to create detailed training records for employees and key activities.
* Manage the training budget and prioritise spending across departments.
* Identify training needs, develop training plans, and evaluate team members against skills matrices.
* Coordinate internal and external training programs to address competency gaps.
* Facilitate learning through various methods and present training programs effectively.
* Liaise with stakeholders and manage relationships with training providers.
* Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
* Manage logistics for training activities and maintain in-house training facilities.
* Develop and coordinate the L&D Forum, ensure employees are engaged and involved with L&D initiatives
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role in Industrial and Commercial environments.
* Knowledge of instructional and learning theory, training methodologies, and competency assessment.
* Understanding of the Apprenticeship framework.

* Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work both independently and in a team.
