Pay rate: £250 per day PAYE / £334.29 Umbrella
Location: Bridgwater
Hours of work: 5 days per week (37 hours per week)
Our client, who are leading in the nuclear generation industry now have an immediate requirement for an Training Instructor to join their team Bridgwater. The successful applicant will create and manage a range of training activities which will include Industrial Safety (IS) and Emergency Preparedness (EP). Training will be conducted using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT).

Applicants should be able to demonstrate of the following skills/experience:
* Has excellent training knowledge and considerable industrial/construction training experience
* Is a strong communicator with clear and effective presentation skills
* Possesses effective influencing skills, including strong coaching abilities
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
* Strong team player with the drive to help others
* Competent with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote)
* Works well independently using their initiative and within a team

Role information:

* Managing training programmes to meet demand across all levels of client businesses
* Interacting and communicating with key stakeholders
* Representing NSA Project Training at various forums
* Analysing training requests and client trends to identify and close capability gaps
* Designing and developing new training material for relevant training other power stations
* Proactively gathering and interpreting data from site stats and training to inform stakeholders and to advise on desired outcomes
* Ensuring SMART actions are set and implemented
* Preparing for the training aspects of IS and EP arrangements for forthcoming power generation operations
* Interacting with external training service providers to ensure their training is delivered and updated
* Maintaining training administration, including plans and trackers
* Provide training support for the NSA Project Training Group Head
* Manage external training service providers
* Participate in forward planning activities for team and clients
