Description:
An international company who manufacture complexed systems used for navigation are looking to recruit a Training Instructor to become a key member of a team developing, planning, and delivering training for the companies and some third party equipment. Candidates need to have a confident manner and smart appearance, with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels. This role does require travel within the UK and overseas.
Duties:
Develop, plan, and present training courses for a range of equipment and systems
Support a culture of continuous improvement.
Take a proactive role in the growth and development of the company.
Travel in the UK and if overseas when required to carry out training.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the products, this may involve accompanying Field Service Engineers at customer sites.
Skills:
Must be qualified to A level standard or higher within an engineering subject
Must be computer literate with a good standard of written English, capable of compiling accurate, detailed and well-presented training documentation.
Practical knowledge of computer networking is preferable.
Must be prepared to work at heights for which training would be given.
Must be physically fit, able to walk (Apply online only) metres with a tool kit, climb up to 10 flights of stairs and climb a ladder.
Some of the work will require the ability to work in tight spaces
Due to the nature of the business you will be required to be a British Citizen with 5 years traceable history.

Hours of work are 7.30-4.00 Monday to Thursday with ½ hour lunch and 7.30 to 12.30 Friday
