Our client has a rich history in the industry, with 250+ years of experience, and market innovators of cutting-edge systems for Maritime, Defence, and Space businesses all over the world.
The Training Instructor will be a key position within the company, responsible for developing, planning, and delivering training on a range of in-house products, and third party systems, to a variety of exciting clients across Naval, Surveillance, and Government.
Please note, this role will require relevant security clearance, and overseas travel can be expected on occasions. All applicants must be based, and have full working rights, in the UK.
Key Responsibilities - Training Instructor
Developing, planning, and presenting training courses for the range of equipment, systems and certain third part equipment
Support a culture of continuous improvement
Take a proactive role in the growth and development of the company
Travel in the UK and if overseas when required to carry out training
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the products. This may involve accompanying Engineers in the field carrying out service interventions
Any other task associated with this role
Qualifications & Requirements - Training Instructor
Computer literate with a good standard of written English, capable of compiling accurate, detailed and well presented training documentation.
Practical knowledge/exposure of computer networking.
Prepared to work at heights for which training would be given.
