Description:
We’re currently recruiting for a company based in Cambridge who are looking for a Training Coordinator to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.
They’re ideally looking for someone who has previous experience within a customer service position from either an office or retail background.
Typical duties would include:
* Acting as the first point of contact
* Processing bookings
* Liaising with businesses and organisations to coordinate training programs
* Maintaining accurate customer records and communication
The Successful Candidate:
* Experienced IT user and comfortable with MS Office software
* Strong written skills
* Previous office experience preferred
* Excellent communication and customer service experience
* Well organised with a high level of attention to detail
