Optimise by Recruitment are working alongside the UK’s leading provider of equipment operator training, qualifications and assessments.
Job Purpose
Ensure high-quality service for customer training requests by accurately coordinating, confirming, and administrating training bookings within a busy, growing team. Collaborate with different departments and customers to maximise workdays for instructors and maintain regular work schedules.
Key Functions
As a Training and Qualifications Coordinator, you will:
* Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Certification Teams to coordinate courses.
* Respond promptly to emails and telephone calls.
* Proactively and reactively meet customer and prospective customer needs.
* Coordinate training courses and record a wide variety of training requests in a dedicated CRM system.
* Perform administrative tasks, including updating customer LMS systems, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, and generating customer reports.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers and suppliers.
* Maintain accurate records on the system, including marketing-specific data.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through KIT (keep in touch) and quality calls.
* Work closely with the Sales Team and Customer Relationship Manager to ensure customer contracts are fulfilled.
* Monitor service quality and course delivery, logging and escalating any issues or concerns appropriately.
* Develop knowledge of various training courses and requirements, including Access Equipment, Mobile Plant, Materials Handling, and Health and Safety courses.
* Identify and prospect new customers or sites to meet and exceed business targets.
* Work with the operations team to maximise the number of days worked by instructors
