Training and Quality Team Manager
Newcastle, NE12 8BU
Salary: £29,000
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Holidays: 29 days’ annual leave including bank holidays, increasing to 31 days after 1 years' service
Verisure Services are currently seeking a talented, innovative and passionate Training and Quality Team Manager to join and grow in our wonderful Training and Qualidepartment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operation of the Training and Quality team
Oversee the design and delivery of all training outputs to ensure effective and engaging training is delivered to all new joiners
Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis and build robust delivery plans on the back of any needs identified
Carry out regular observations of training delivery to ensure consistency and high standards are being met across Training Team
Oversee all Quality Assurance activity and support with the implementation of internal Quality Assurance standards
Manage set KPIs for Training and Quality team, providing coaching as required to ensure team deliver a high-quality service to the Operation
Collaborate with wider TQP management team to identify areas of underperformance and drive initiatives to address
Support initiatives to improve performance across all of Operations
Key Skills / Experience
Solid understanding of both Training and Quality Assurance practices
Ability to drive initiatives through to completion with minimal supervision
High attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Able to effectively work as part of wider TQP management team, with clear accountability for T&Q related deliverables
Strong stakeholder engagement
Results focused with ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives at one time
