Training Advisor
Stafflex Education are working in partnership with a training provider who offer a further education programme delivering engineering and manufacturing apprenticeships across Bradford and the West Yorkshire region.
The training provider are looking for a Training Advisor within electrical engineering.
Your day-to-day duties as a Training Advisor will be to spend time with learners in their place of work conducting work based reviews and providing support throughout every step of their learning. You will build and maintain relationships with students to ensure an engaging and motivating learning experience.
The successful candidate must fit the following criteria:
Hold an assessor qualification
Have industry experience withing electrical engineering
Experience of working with employers and external agencies
Energy and enthusiasm for working in a rapidly changing environment and ability to demonstrate flexibility in working practices
Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
Flexibility in approaching work situationsThis is a full time permanent role, working 37.5 hours a week. The role is based in Bradford and will require travelling across West Yorkshire.
