Trainer / Content Developer

Description:

Role: Trainer / Content Developer

Location: London, 2 days per week on site

Rate: £550.00 per day through umbrella

Duration: 6-month contract

The candidate must be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and follow through with the training lead to achieve milestones. The ideal candidate will also be a highly motivated professional with demonstrated project management, organizational and communication skills.

Skill/Experience required:

Experience and demonstrated expertise in training delivery and project management
Excellent problem solving and conflict management skills
Expertise in complex global event and facilitator coordination across time zones, and cultures.
Excellent communication skills facilitating clear and candid communication across the organisation
Ability to prioritise tasks and projects with little guidance
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Flexibility and able to make quick adjustments when unexpected changes arise
Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch-in
Proficient with office productivity tools such as Camtasia
Proficient with delivering training on SuccessFactors
Proficient with creating high quality E-learning
A technical trainer with 5+ years' experience
