Description:
Our manufacturing client based in Peterborough is looking to recruit a Trainee/Graduate HR Administrator on a fulltime permanent basis. Reporting into the HR Manager you will support the Manager with administration within the HR Department such as managing the HR inbox, general administration including, offer letters, keeping the HR database up to date, taking minutes in meetings and much more

To be considered for this role you will have ideally at least 6 months relevant HR experience however if you have a relevant degree then of course you will be considered. There is a clear development programme within this role and salary will go up once certain criteria has been obtained however after 3 years as a maximum you will be at HR Advsor level if not before and there are clear salary increases again when criteria has been achieved
The role is Monday to Friday with the chance to join a well-known and successful Peterborough based organisation. The salary starts at £24,000 PA.
