Trainee Water Hygiene Engineer
Salary: Up to £25,000
Location: Crossways, Dorset
Hunter Mason’s client:
Hunter Mason’s client is a well-established water treatment & hygiene company, working up and down the UK on a mixed range of customer sites. Due to rapidly expanding growth, our client is now offering the chance for a candidate with 1 year water treatment experience to join their team and be trained up to a more senior position.
Your role and responsibilities:
* Cleaning and disinfection of showers
* Checking and cleaning water tanks and systems
* Carrying out TMV checks and maintenance
* Checking and disinfection of calorifiers
* Completing all work on in house software using an iPad
* Previous experience in a trade role, delivering high quality customer service
* Passion and dedication to develop your career within water hygiene
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
* The ability to work as part of a team, as well as on your own
* The ability to use IT equipment such as and iPad and Mobile Phone
* Excellent time-keeping
* Full UK, manual, driving licence, Applicants must be able to provide evidence of their Right to Work in the UK.
What we are looking for:
* Water Hygiene: 1 Year (preferred)
* Knowledge of hot & cold-water systems including TMV servicing: 1 Year (preferred)
* Knowledge of Legionella Control with ACOP L8 & HSG274: 1 Year (preferred)
