Trainee Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Soham, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.15am – 5.15pm, Fridays 8.15am – 17.00pm + One Saturday morning in 4 - 9am – 12noon
Salary: £25, 000 - £27,000 + Bonus
Benefits: 20 days holiday + paid 10 das leave for Christmas shutdown, pension, discretionary profit related bonus paid twice yearly in March and December, Christmas Party, Summer Race day

This role is not a people management role and therefore people management is not required, the supervision required would be of the warehouse itself, this is within a small team of 9 other staff members. Over the Christmas shutdown you would be required to work 3 hours within the 10 days that are paid.

What we are looking for:
* Warehousing experience
* Picking and packing of stock and parts
* Inspecting the quality and quantity during the packing process
* Serving customers on the trade counter
* Strock control and movement of stock within the warehouse
* Picking of customer orders from the in house system
* IT skills to use the inhouse computer system
* Basic assembly of hoses and components for dispatch (training provided)
