Starting salary up to £28,000 per annum which will increase over the length of your service.

If so then our client, a multi-franchise approved car dealer group based across the South Wales, South West and West Midlands regions, are looking to recruit a Trainee Undergraduate Manager to join their busy Gloucester dealership.
Our client are looking for an exceptional individual to work across their group, rising to the challenge of training to be a manager whilst studying for a Level 6 Chartered Management Apprenticeship Degree. The degree is a fully-funded 3-year study programme to complete Levels 4, 5 and 6 of a Chartered Management Degree via the University of Gloucester and should ultimately lead to you securing a full-time permanent job in a management role at our client's business. The job role is made up of on the job learning predominantly in the aftersales side of a car dealership (vehicle servicing, MOT's, repairs, parts, and warranty), mentored by a senior manager and work place coach, university day release and course work, supported by a university mentor.
The successful Trainee Undergraduate Manager will live within a reasonable commuting distance of Gloucester and have at least a minimum of 3 years customer facing experience, hold Level 5 GCSE's in English and Maths (ideally Science as well but this essential), and have a UK driving licence with minimal points. Any previous or current experience working the automotive industry would be highly beneficial but isn't essential. Overall you will have problem solving ability, be capable of thinking strategically, and be able to conform to our client's values. You will also need to be able to commit to study for 3 years.
