Tradewind Recruitment is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join a warm and supportive Alternative Provision Setting in North Wiltshire as Trainee SEN Teachers. This is an exciting opportunity to begin your teaching career while receiving comprehensive training and support!
About the Role:
* Position: Trainee SEN Teacher
* Location: North Wiltshire
* Setting: Small Alternative Provision School
* Student Age Range: 8 to 17 years old
* Class Size: Approximately 6 students per class, each supported by a Teaching Assistant
* Student Grouping: Based on ability and needs, not age
* Curriculum: Alternative, focusing on experiential learning
* Pay: From £21,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking individuals who:
* Have a genuine passion for working with students with Special Educational Needs.

* Are adaptable, patient, and nurturing.
* Are eager to learn and grow in a supportive teaching environment.
* Minimum Qualifications: A degree or a Level 5 qualification.
