My client, a multi award winning Estate Agents, have a brand-new exciting opportunity for a Property Administrator to join their friendly and successful team.
No experience is necessary as full training will be provided; however our client is looking for a forward-thinking individual, who has exceptional attention to detail. This is an exciting and varied role where no two days will be the same.
Key Responsibilities:
* To negotiate house sales to get the best outcome for both business and buyer
* Liaise with purchasers, vendors, Solicitors, Mortgage Brokers, surveyors and all other parties involved in the house buying process as and when required
* To provide leads and arrange appointments for mortgage advisor
* To actively promote all available services offered by the company
* Record all information accurately on the inhouse systems
* Provide the best customer service to all buyers
Role Requirements
* Must have excellent customer service skills
* Be keen, enthusiastic and self-motivated
* Have a drive for sales and a strong work ethic
* Be able to communicate at all levels
* Have an excellent telephone manner
* Reliable & committed
* Be smart and well presented
* Must have a full driving licence and car
