I’m seeking a motivated, customer focussed individual to join a well-stablished estate agent as a Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator. The ideal candidate for this role will have sales experience or a customer facing experience, this could be within retail or hospitality management.

The Role:
* Communicating with vendors and buyers
* Negotiating offers
* Carrying out property viewings
* Arranging viewings and mortgage appointments
* Registering applications on the system
* Liaising with landlords and tenants
* Providing excellent service over the phone and face to face
Skills and Attributes:
* Customer service background – this could be within retail, hospitality or an office based role
* Driven and motivated
* Positive approach
* Excellent communication skills
* Sales experience – desirable but not essential
