The ideal candidate will be a college leaver with experience using SAP, ERP or any other CRM systems alike, while being based in or commutable to Haydock.

This Role:

Manage and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities, leads, and client information accurately.
Prepare and update sales reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to support team decision-making.
Coordinate sales documentation, including quotes, proposals, contracts, and order processing with precision.
Provide customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations in Microsoft Word, and organizing files.The Person:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Familiarity with CRM software
