Vanbrugh Group are currently assisting one of our main contractor clients to recruit a Trainee Resident Liaison Officer into the their business

The company are a respected and highly successful local authority refurbishment company operating in the West and North London region. Following expansion and recent success in securing new contracts the company are now looking to add to their Resident Liaison Team.

As a Trainee Resident Liaison Officer for the company you will work alongside an experienced Resident Liaison Officer and be responsible for ongoing communication with residents whilst works are being undertaken to their home. The role requires a high level of customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively and positively in order to ensure that residents are fully informed and satisfied throughout the process of maintaining their home.

Although previous experience as an RLO is not essential applicants will have to demonstrate previous experience of working in customer service as well as have strong face to face communication skills.

Key Skills :

Must have working experience of a customer services environment, ideally within the construction and/ or property service environments.

Must have good experience of working in a busy environment, and delivering to strict deadlines

Good organisational, scheduling and planning skills

Good interpersonal skills; must enjoy working with people on a personal level, and be approachable, tactful and diplomatic.

Good communication skills; must be able to communicate very confidently both verbally and in writing

Ability to work on your own initiative, and as part of a team

A full UK driving license is essential in order to be considered for this position.
