Trainee Recruitment Resourcer – Hertford
Mbi staffing are looking for a Recruitment Admin/Resourcer to join our social work desk on a permanent basis in Hertford.
As a recruitment Admin/Resourcer you will be joining our fast-paced social work desk, who recruit social workers to councils and private organisations on a permanent and temporary basis.
The successful candidate will need to be confident on the telephone, making regular calls to new and existing social workers.
Other duties include:
• Responding to applications, reviewing CVs, and shortlisting candidates.
• Conducting candidate-screening calls.
• Arranging interviews.
• Completing timesheets
• Database cleaning
• Maintaining and auditing staff files.
Skills/Experienced required for Recruitment Admin/Resourcer:
• Confident telephone manner
• Computer literate
• Strong attention to detail.
• Competent user of Microsoft Packages
• Able to work independently and as part of a wider team
• Previous experience working in an office, but not essential
This is initially a trainee role but there is great scope for great progression within the company
