Trainee Recruitment Manager
Drivers Direct Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Recruitment Manager to join our team based in Leeds. The successful candidate will be working on our already established South and East Yorkshire operation dealing with clients and candidates in those areas with a view to further developing this side of the business. This position offers great opportunities for career progression from trainee to full management level.
We specialise in temporary and permanent recruitment into the logistics sector.
Salary:
* £23,000 to £26,000 per annum depending on experience.
* Monthly & Quarterly bonus also available after a successful probationary period.
* 27 days + Bank Holidays per year, increasing by 1 day of each years service maxing at 32 days. Addition 1 days holiday per year for your birthday.
Hours of Work:
* Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30
* This will also involve answering emergency calls out of hours from drivers or clients, on a rota with your other team members.
The role:
* 1. Manage the whole branch operation to meet client requirements in order to achieve revenue in line with business and personal goals
* Recruit, manage and motivate a team of consultants
* Proactively and consistently strive to identify and obtain new business opportunities
* Attend sales and service visits
* Working to achieve and exceed all branch targets
* Preparing business plans and forecasts
* Ensure all necessary administration, payment and aftercare services are concluded in line with company policies
* Meet and exceed agreed financial targets
* Work the on call rota in an effective manner making sure all out of hours queries and bookings are dealt with in a timely and effective manner
2. Develop and manage client / candidate relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards
* Ensure that candidates and clients receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service at all times
* Conduct professional discussions with clients and candidates using all mediums as appropriate
* Conducting regular service reviews with both clients and candidates to ensure continuous improvement
3. Operate in line with the industry code of ethics and relevant legislation
* Comply with all relevant employment legislation and appropriate codes of practice
* Comply with all relevant HGV driving legislation
* Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation, employee rights and responsibilities
