Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer

£25,000 + Uncapped Commission OTE £30,000 | Leatherhead | Monday–Friday

Are you ambitious, confident and motivated by money and success?

We’re looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer to join our busy and successful recruitment team. No recruitment experience is necessary – we're looking for someone with the right personality, drive and determination to succeed.

You'll initially focus on finding great candidates for our clients, with full training and the opportunity to progress into a Recruitment Consultant role, manage your own clients and significantly increase your earning potential.

The role:

* Searching Reed, CV-Library, LinkedIn and other platforms for candidates

* Speaking to and interviewing candidates over the phone

* Matching candidates to suitable vacancies

* Writing and posting job adverts

* Managing applications and candidate pipelines

* Arranging interviews and providing feedback

* Building strong relationships with candidates

* Working towards individual and team targets

* Progressing into client management and business development as your experience grows

* Helping with social media and marketing

We're looking for someone who is:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, estate agency or another target-driven environment would be useful but isn't essential.
