PureKat Consultancy is looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant Apprentice to join our growing team!
What you’ll be doing:
* ???? Speaking with candidates and clients
* ???? Registering and interviewing job seekers
* ???? Matching candidates to suitable vacancies
* ???? Advertising jobs across recruitment platforms and social media
* ???? Arranging interviews and supporting the recruitment process
* ???? Updating candidate and client records
* ???? Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
* ???? Supporting the wider recruitment team with day-to-day activities.
What we’re looking for:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A friendly, confident and professional manner
* Good organisational skills
* A positive, enthusiastic attitude
* Willingness to learn and develop
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Basic computer skills.
No previous recruitment experience is required – full training will be provided!
