Due to growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team!

Duties of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
* Cold calling prospect businesses.
* Shortlisting suitable candidates.
* Client visits and drop ins.
* Interviewing/pre-screening candidates to determine suitability.
* Building strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
What would make a suitable candidate?
* Confidence in making phone calls and speaking to potential clients.
* Driving licence preferred.
* Experience working in a sales/customer service environment.
* Excellent communication skills.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am – 5pm, but some flexibility will be required in order to contact candidates outside of working hours.
