As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in expanding the company's growing US market. This role involves developing client relationships, sourcing industry specialists, and utilizing cutting-edge recruitment tools to provide exceptional service to clients and candidates alike.
The Role
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Interview candidates and craft compelling job adverts.
Research and target clients using industry-leading tools to identify highly skilled industry specialists.
Utilise a state-of-the-art CRM and AI recruitment tools.
Work collaboratively with a team of experts to deliver top-tier recruitment services.
The Person
Must have excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone.
Ambitious, motivated, and loyal with a desire to progress quickly.
Adaptable and eager to learn with a strong drive to succeed in a sales environment.
Willing to commit fully to a long-term career in recruitment.
