Job Details
We are seeking a trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and matching candidates to job opportunities within our organisation.
Utilise human resources and recruitment tools to identify potential candidates- Generate leads through various channels to build a strong candidate pipeline- Manage applicant tracking systems efficiently- Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Oversee social media management for recruitment purposes- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
E Proven experience in recruitment is not desired, however, it would be beneficial- Proficiency in using Microsoft programs also desired (Excel, Word and PowerPoint etc)- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A degree would also be desired, however, not beneficial.
WFH option once every two weeks.
