* Sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates
* Working towards business development with both existing and new clients, over the telephone and face-to-face
* Continually working on candidate availability to ensure the clients can be serviced at short notice with quality labour options.
* Contacting existing client contacts with relevant candidates.
