As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Learn how to develop new business across multiple trades and sectors (temporary and permanent roles)

Support in building and managing long-term client relationships

Learn how to source and attract candidates through networking, advertising and search methods

Be trained in delivering the full 360° recruitment process

Work closely with experienced consultants who will mentor and support your development

What We’re Looking For:

A background in a customer-related role

A confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude

Strong relationship-building and organisational skills

Ambition, resilience and a genuine drive to succeed

Willingness to learn and develop

Full UK Driving Licence
