Location: Crewe
Starting salary: £25,300 P/A + very competitive commission structure
Duration: Permanent
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, (Apply online only)
Within this Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, you will be responsible for.
* Attracting, interviewing, and placing Industrial/Commercial candidates
* Business development in terms of contacting prospective clients with view to utilising our services as and when required
* Networking within the local area with view to raising the companies profile within the Cheshire area
* Ensuring full compliance by ensuring both our candidates and clients are fully compliant
* Reference checking candidate prior to placing them on assignment with our clients
Requirements for this Trainee Recruitment Consultant role.
* Attention to detail and ability to analyse information.
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Being able to work within a fast-paced working environment is essential. You will be juggling several roles at any one time, so organisation is key.
* An excellent telephone manner
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* A drive, tenacity, and real customer focus
* Experience in recruitment is not required.
