I am looking to bring on board a trainee recruitment consultant / resourcer / recruitment consultant to my expanding team due the amount of active clients I have in my team.

Invictus-group are a well known tier 1 supplier to several of the leading FM companies in the UK, so you'll be initially actively resourcing candidates to fill our vacancies. We are looking for individuals from all backgrounds who have a hunger to do well, make money and enjoy a vibrant working environment.

In this role, you must be willing to work hard each and everyday to become successful, follow a carefully structured training programme and do what is necessary to become a top biller.

We are open to taking on candidates with little to none sales/recruitment experience as long as the attitude and application is there - the rest you will pick up along the way.

There are weekly/monthly/bi-annual incentives involved as well such as trips to Ascot and a 'champions league' all expenses paid holiday for the top billers - which can be achieved in your first year!

On offer is a competitive salary dependant on experience, uncapped commission with 4 days a week in our London office and 1 day a week working from home as well as very good working hours of 8-5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break.
