Our client, specialising in marketing and digital recruitment, is led by a charismatic leader with a great track record in the industry. They are looking to grow from the ground up and are looking for a couple of trainees to join and learn as part of a small team.
Clients range across sectors to include professional services, marketing, advertising, e-commerce/retail, financial services, digital and creative agencies, rapidly expanding SMEs and new tech start-ups, across the UK.
As a result of ongoing expansion, a trainee consultant is now sought to join the team. The ideal candidate will be a solid graduate with professional written and verbal communication skills, a positive and enthusiastic mindset, and the focus and drive to make a successful career as a blue chip recruiter.
No previous recruitment experience is necessary as full training and mentoring will be provided. Some experience within a commercial environment would be preferable, but is not essential for the right person as is `A` level + education
Competitive basic + excellent commission. First year realistic OTE £28-30k/ second year more like £35-40k!
