What you will own

* Learn how to research and map a specialist market, identifying businesses, decision makers and talent.

* Pick up the phone, start conversations and build relationships with people you have never met.

* Learn to qualify opportunities, ask sharper questions and understand what clients actually need.

* Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, candidates and live opportunities.

* Take feedback, apply the playbook and steadily earn more responsibility as your capability grows.

Who will thrive here

We're looking for someone confident, inquisitive and comfortable being challenged. You'll have the drive to develop your sales skills, the resilience to hear 'no' and the discipline to keep improving. You'll listen properly, treat people with respect and care about the outcome for the person on the other end of the phone. Previous sales or customer-facing experience is useful, but your attitude, ambition and willingness to learn matter more.

The FIND playbook

We are a playbook business, not a 'figure it out yourself' business. From day one, you'll be coached on our go-to-market approach: how to map a market, identify the right people, start commercial conversations, build pipeline and turn activity into results. You'll learn the FIND playbook, receive ongoing support from experienced colleagues and take part in monthly business development coaching with our Managing Director.

We'll give you structure, technology and coaching. You'll bring the commitment to use them. We celebrate results, but we also care about how they're achieved.
