What You'll Do

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll:

Interview and assess candidates
Build strong candidate relationships
Develop relationships with schools and clients
Source and attract high-quality candidates
Manage your own recruitment desk
Work towards weekly and monthly KPIs
Negotiate and close opportunities
Develop your sales and communication skills
Compete against yourself and your colleagues to achieve your goals
Receive daily coaching from experienced recruitment professionalsYou'll be given the tools and training to succeed - but you'll be responsible for how far you take your career.
