Due to continued success in these areas and we are now looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly, professional, and ambitious Property Services team.

Roles and Responsibilities
You will have the freedom and responsibility to build and nurture business to business relationships with targeted clients, with the aim to secure job vacancies and fill requirements in a timely and effective manner.
Build new relationships with clients
Maintain active networks of clients and candidates
Write job adverts
Process applications and CV submittals
Advise candidates and clients of the hiring process, best practices, and ways to improve for desired outcomes
Arrange interviews and provide interview guidance
Negotiate one off and large-scale commercial deals
Manage your time effectively to hit target and achieve weekly, monthly, and annual goals
