LHi Group is looking for ambitious, competitive and people-focused graduates to join our growing Bristol team as Associate Recruitment Consultants.
No recruitment experience required.
You'll use your Italian to build relationships with clients and candidates across international markets, while developing valuable skills in sales, business development, negotiation and headhunting.
What you'll do
Build relationships with Italian-speaking clients and candidates.
Develop new business opportunities.
Source and headhunt specialist talent.
Conduct candidate and client calls.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
Build your professional network and become an expert in your market.
