We have an opportunity to join a new and exciting recruitment business based in Coventry. Recruitment consultant needed to support our growing business.

£26,000 - £32,000 DOE with a very attractive bonus package!

IRS are specialist supplier of temporary and contracted labour solutions into a wide variety of industries and we are looking for a dynamic, pro-active and positive candidate to join our new office team as an all-round recruiter.

IRS will provide you with all of the necessary tools, including a new Laptop and smartphone to complete your duties, as well as on the job training with the business owners to provide a first-class service to our candidates and clients.

This job requires candidates like no-other, positive attitude is a MUST!

This job will be busy and fast paced - you duties will vary from day to day and you will be required to manage different tasks in order of priority so some time-management skills would be advantageous.

Duties to include

* Driving sales

* Filling shifts with suitable candidates

* Booking in staff into the office to register

* Manage and grow existing relationships

* Comply with all right to work protocols

* HAVE FUN WHILST DOING YOUR JOB

Ideal candidate MUST have a drivers license and access to own vehicle - all expenses would be compensated.

Standard working hours will be office based daily, Monday to Friday 0800am until 1700pm - however as a flexible recruiter we can look at some flexibility with candidates to work some hours remotely as and when required and this would be discussed on an individual basis.
