The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to manage the full recruitment process across both candidates and clients.

You'll be responsible for:

* Building relationships with candidates and clients

* Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and direct outreach

* Speaking to people over the phone and understanding their career goals

* Developing new business and building your client network

* Managing vacancies from initial brief through to placement

* Negotiating offers and closing deals

* Developing your own specialist market as you progress

It's a sales-focused role, so you'll be working towards targets and your results will directly influence your earnings and progression.
