You will be based at our modern Head Office in Hertford with OTE earnings in Year 1 over £45,000; starting basic salary of up to £26,000 + bonus + benefits.

Fully fledged Recruitment Consultants OTE c £45,000 - £100,000.

The role of Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

Early shift (Apply online only), late shift (Apply online only). Paid on-call opportunities for fully trained Recruitment Consultants.

Engaging with existent clients and candidates to continue and develop the working relationships under your desk manager's guidance.

Receiving vacancies from clients and matching these to the availability of your candidates.

Confirming filled vacancies back to client and ensuing booking references, which in turn are shared with the candidate and administration team.

Assisting compliance team to ensure all candidates are fully vetted and fit for purpose.

Contribute to team strategy both in terms of recruiting new candidates and clients.
