Job Title: Trainee Quantity Surveyor
Location: Kent
Package: £25,000 - £28,000 plus travel allowance and day release for University (if needed)
Skilled Careers are working with a Main Contractor that has an impressive turnover of £75m and specialise within the New Build Residential sector.
Due to excellent growth, they are looking for a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to work with an experienced team delivering projects to a high standard.
Duties
Reporting into the Senior QS, where they will show you the ropes and give you every opportunity to develop.
Support contract administration.
Regular site visits – site diary reviews and reporting.
Assistant the Commercial team where needed.
Once established within the team you will be given the change to progress and take on extra responsibility.
Requirements
The right Trainee Quantity Surveyor must be someone who is doing a relevant degree.
An individual who is keen to learn and develop.
Someone who has a positive attitude and enjoys working in a team.
Happy for you to be on a day release for University.
