Our client is seeking experienced 1st Charge or 2nd Charge Mortgage & Protection Advisors and Trainee Mortgage Advisors to join their dynamic, exciting, and continuously expanding team.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience working in sales within a financial services role and hold a CeMAP qualification or working towards it.
Location: Bolton
Salary: £25,500 - OTE £35K - £45K +

Key Responsibilities:
* Guide clients through the mortgage application process, offering expert advice on suitable mortgage options.
* Assess clients' protection needs and recommend comprehensive solutions, including life insurance, critical illness coverage, and income protection.
* Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' financial goals and preferences.
* Collaborate with lenders, underwriters, and legal professionals to facilitate smooth mortgage transactions.
* Stay informed about market trends, mortgage products, and insurance offerings to provide up-to-date advice.
* Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
* Mortgage advisory qualification - Full CeMAP ( desired but not essential )
* Proven experience in mortgage advising and protection planning.
Skills:
* Strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and market trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs.
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
* Proficient in relevant software and tools for mortgage applications.
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services or related fields.
* Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
