Redler Limited is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Trainee Proposals Engineer based at our offices in Stonehouse, near Stroud. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in the engineering industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of technical proposals for projects
* Conduct research and gather information to support proposal development
* Collaborate with the engineering team and other members of the proposals team to ensure accuracy and quality of proposals
* Learn and develop skills in proposal writing and project management
Requirements:
* No prior experience required, as full training will be provided
* Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
* Ability to work well in a team and independently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
